Chardham circuit in Uttarakhand is getting lost charm back.
All roads, hotels have been repaired & reconstructed and
to give more better infrastructure, union minister of transport
and shipping, announced a financial assistance of Rs 1,300 crores
to construct new roads for Uttarakhand’s famous Char Dham circuit.
Reconstruction work is in full swing despite winter period and
heavy snow fall to prepare more smooth routes before starting
Chardham Yatra 2018.
So get ready to experience a lifetime journey of Chardham
Yatra 2018
Imp Note:- Last year trek for Kedarnath Ji Temple had increased
to 19 Km (one way) and pilgrims were not allowed at stay at
Kedarnath Temple, so clients had to trek same day to Kedarnath
Ji or they have used chopper (Helicopter) services. But this
year Uttrakhand Govt is working round the clock to reduce the
length of Kedarnath Temple route and also making wooden huts
for minimum 3000 pilgrims (approx) to stay at Kedarnath Temple.
Yatra registration will be required to visit this circuit.
Chardham
Yatra is the most popular spiritual yatra starting from
April-May and continues till Oct-Nov every year in Uttarakhand
India. This is the best time to visit Char Dhams and enjoy the
scenic beauty of the environment and nature. It comprises of
4 destinations namely Yamunotri, Gangotri, Kedarnath
and Badrinath.

The Chopper will carry 4 passengers at a time or
Maximum weight of 300 kgs.
Only 5 Kg luggage per passenger will be permitted.
Passengers are advised not to carry big suitcases
as there is very small baggage space inside helicopter.
The booking has to be done well in advance with
a deposit of 50% of the charter amount.
Children Above 2 years of age will be provided with
a Full seat
If passenger wishes to cancel their booking then
the following cancellation charges applies.
Upto 7 days before journey ---- 20% of charter amount
Upto 48 hours before journey ---- 50 % of charter
amount
Less than 48 hours before journey --- 75% of charter
amount
Less than 24 hours before journey --- NO REFUND
